Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Intently subscriptions and purchases.

Subscription Plans

Intently offers Premium ($14.99/mo) and Elite ($29.99/mo) subscription plans.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via your Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
  • First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 48 hours of initial purchase if no matches have been initiated.
  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
  • Repeated refund requests may result in account review.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation.
  • Charges older than 7 days.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made.
