Introduction
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Intently subscriptions and purchases.
Subscription Plans
Intently offers Premium ($14.99/mo) and Elite ($29.99/mo) subscription plans.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via your Stripe customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
- First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 48 hours of initial purchase if no matches have been initiated.
- Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
- Repeated refund requests may result in account review.
What Is Not Refundable
- Partial billing periods after cancellation.
- Charges older than 7 days.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.

Changes to This Policy
